Night Photography – Cityscapes in Norwich
Night photography is a fascinating genre to explore. Cityscapes at night benefit from the strong contrast between street lights and the shadows and dark skies. You can also create streams of colours through images using light trails from passing traffic. Come and explore the city of Norwich at night and add some new techniques to your skillset.
You will need a camera that allows you to control Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO manually. All DSLRs would work fine as will most mirrorless cameras. If you are in any doubt please contact us to check if your gear is suitable before booking. A tripod will be essential. Remote shutter release (e.g. a cable release) is also a big advantage. Wide angle to mid range lenses will be best.
The workshop will involve some walking around Norwich so please let us know in advance if you have any mobility problems as this will help us plan the route accordingly. We can plan a route that is suitable for wheelchair access.
Places for this workshop are limited to a small group to ensure roadside safety. We recommend you wear bright clothing, preferably a reflective high visibility jacket. Let us know if you want to borrow one.
